We help families compare senior living communities, schedule and walk through tours, understand pricing and care options, and coordinate placement. We are not a senior living community, healthcare provider, or licensed facility. We connect families with third-party senior living communities in our referral network.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or submit information through it. The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. By submitting information, you represent that you are 18 or older.
4. Submission of Information
When you complete a contact form, request information about a community, schedule a tour, take an assessment, or otherwise communicate with us, you provide information voluntarily. We use that information to match you with senior living communities, schedule tours, and provide advisory services. By submitting information about another person, you represent that you have authority to do so.
5. Referral Relationships
Our service is free to families and individuals seeking senior living placement. We receive referral compensation from participating senior living communities when a family chooses to move in after working with us. This compensation does not increase the cost to families; pricing at the community is the same whether you contact the community directly or through Local Senior Advisor.
We only refer to communities in our network. We are not obligated to recommend any specific community within our network, and our recommendations are based on what we believe is the best fit for the family.
6. No Medical or Legal Advice
Information presented on the Site is for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, or a substitute for professional consultation. Decisions regarding care, treatment, finances, or legal matters should be made with qualified professionals.
7. No Guarantee of Community Quality, Availability, or Outcomes
We provide our best assessment of senior living communities based on publicly available information, our market knowledge, state survey results, operator history, and family feedback. We do not guarantee the quality of care, services, accommodations, pricing, licensing, or availability at any community. Senior living communities are independent third parties. We are not responsible for their actions, services, representations, contracts, or any disputes between you and a community.
