These vendors are contractually required to safeguard your information and may only use it to perform services for us.

For Legal Reasons

We may disclose information when we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law, in response to legal process, to protect the rights, safety, or property of any person, to investigate possible violations of our Terms, or to prevent fraud.

Business Transfers

If Local Senior Advisor is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of its business, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any change in ownership or use of your information.

What We Do Not Do

We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration to data brokers or third parties unrelated to our service. We do not share your information with senior living communities outside our referral network without your direction.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use the following types of cookies and similar technologies:

  • Strictly necessary cookies required for the Site to function
  • Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) that measure traffic and site performance
  • Functional cookies that remember your preferences and settings

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you accept, decline, or delete cookies. Disabling cookies may limit some Site features.

The Site relies on the following third-party services that have their own privacy practices:

  • Google Analytics 4 for traffic measurement. See Google's privacy practices at policies.google.com/privacy.

  • Mailgun for transactional email delivery.

We do not control the practices of these third parties, and you should review their privacy policies separately.

There is no charge to exercise these rights unless we have a legal basis to charge under the applicable statute.

8. Communications and Opt-Out

You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting us directly. Service-related communications, such as responses to your inquiry, scheduled-tour confirmations, and follow-ups specific to a placement you are working on with us, may continue even if you opt out of marketing communications.

9. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our advisory service, fulfill the purposes described in this policy, and comply with our legal obligations. You can request deletion at any time under the rights described in Section 7.

10. Children's Privacy
